Born in the heart of the Midwest, Colleen’s life was marked by frequent moves due to her father’s career in the NFL. It was during her time in Cincinnati that she met her best friend, Russ, and they have been happily married since 1984.

When Colleen’s father accepted a job with the Seattle Seahawks, she and Russ had the opportunity to visit the Pacific Northwest, and they quickly fell in love with its beauty. In 1987, they made the life-changing decision to pack up their young son, and one more on the way, along with their yellow Lab, Carson, and move to Seattle.

Colleen’s journey in the real estate industry began in 1990 when she entered as an agent while raising three sons under the age of 4. With over 25 years of experience, Colleen has helped countless home buyers and sellers, continually growing, learning, and refining her skills along the way.

From Agent to Managing Broker, and eventually Designated Broker/Owner when she purchased her first franchise in 2005, Colleen’s expertise in residential real estate sales and marketing is unparalleled. In 2008, she had the foresight to recognize the need to adapt to changing market conditions and opened a Property Management division in her brokerage. This division focused on matching negative equity home owners with displaced short-sale property owners who wanted to stay local, and to this day, that company remains the #1 in its market.

In 2013, Colleen and her family welcomed their first grandchild, and the following year, they purchased a vacation home in Chelan, WA. This new venture has allowed Colleen to expand her services to friends and clients in the Chelan market.

In 2016, Colleen pursued her passion for coaching and mentoring by becoming a real estate business coach. Leveraging her extensive experience and knowledge of the industry, Colleen has helped aspiring real estate professionals achieve success and reach their goals.

With a strong track record of success, unwavering commitment to excellence, and a deep understanding of the ever-changing real estate landscape, Colleen is a trusted and respected leader in the industry. Whether you are a home buyer, seller, or an aspiring real estate professional, Colleen’s expertise and guidance can help you navigate the real estate market with confidence and achieve your desired outcomes.

When not working, Russ and Colleen enjoy wine-tasting, spending time with their family, son Ryan & his wife Lindsey, Graham  & his wife Amy & Connor, watching football and searching out really great food. And of course, spoiling their little princess, Eleanor!
